  1. Order Confirmation When you place an order through www.aussiemypet.com, you will receive an email with your confirmation number and order summary within 60 minutes. It takes up to 72 hours to dispatch the package after your order is processed.

  2. Change of Shipping Address Before your order is prepared for shipping, you can request changes to the shipping address. To modify information or cancel your order, please email us at support@aussiemypet.com.

  3. Tracking Orders Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification via email containing tracking information. You can easily track your package by entering the logistics tracking number on the carrier's website or through our tracking service on our website.
