1.2. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

1.4. Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Refunds for Orders in Transit

2.1. For orders that are already in transit with the carrier, refunds can only be processed once the items have been returned to us by the carrier.

2.2. If you wish to cancel an order that is in transit, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@aussiemypet.com. We will do our best to assist you in redirecting or cancelling the shipment.
